Q. When will my tickets be sent out?
A. Your ticket/s will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the event via email. Please bring a print out of your ticket on the day, this is your entry into the event.
Q. If I have bought more than one ticket will all the tickets be sent out to me?
A. The tickets will be sent to the email address of the ticket holder.
Q. Can I buy multiple tickets if I do not know who I will bring yet?
A. No, spaces are limited and therefore tickets will only be released to people with full details of each person attending.
Q. Are the seats allocated?
A. Seats are not allocated, if you are attending with a group we recommend you arrive early to ensure your best chance of securing seats together.
Q. Do we have to register at the venue when we arrive even though we have our tickets?
A. Yes, you do. All ticket holders must register. Each ticket holder must bring along their tickets to the registration counter.
Q. Where can I park at the venue?
A. Details of Parking will be sent with your ticket.
Q. Will I be able to buy food at the venue?
A. Yes, you should be able to purchase bar food in the hotels. Because the events run over dinner time, we recommend you eat before hand and bring with you some snacks and water.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?
A. Because the venues can be quite cool, we recommend you bring a jumper or jacket. We also recommend you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the evening.
Q. Can I just turn up on the night?
A. Seating at the events is limited, so we recommend you register prior to the event to avoid disappointment.
